Understanding of eight faults of hydraulic bender
There are many types of bending machine failure, today we will briefly introduce a few, but also often encounter eight faults.
1.Each failure of bending machine should be classified according to related failure or non-related failure, related failure count, non-related failure such as misuse failure and dependent failure is not counted.However, records shall be kept during the test.
2When calculating the reliable spit characteristic quantity of the bending machine, only the essential fault is taken into account.However, if the intrinsic fault causes a subordinate fault, the classification of the intrinsic fault shall be determined according to the more serious fault.
3Faults which cannot be determined as essential faults or subordinate faults shall be deemed as essential faults。
4If the bending machine has a number of functions can not be completed or the performance index is beyond the prescribed limit, and the purpose can not prove that they are caused by the same reason, then each is judged as a failure of the bending machine.If caused by the same reason, then only a failure of the bending machine。
5If a bending machine has a function that cannot be completed or the performance index exceeds the specified value, and it is caused by multiple independent faults, each independent fault is judged as a failure of the bending machine。
6Each fault of a repeated fault shall be counted as an associated fault。
7The replacement of parts and components that have reached the specified service life and the damage beyond the specified service life shall not be counted as failure。
8When faults are found in the stop test or the inspection after the test is stopped or finished, the time of failure shall be considered as the moment of stop。
